Welcome to www.nobleturnerdesign.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using this Site, or by placing an order with Noble-Turner Design, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

 

Returns

Because each piece is finished by hand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on change of mind. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces, including the Dune Chess Set, are final sale and cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun. If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, see Damage below.

Stock & Lead Times

Most pieces are held in stock and ship within 10–14 business days. The Dune Chess Set is made to order, with a typical lead time of six weeks from confirmation of order and receipt of payment. Lead times are estimates; we will keep you updated if a piece requires longer.

Trade Orders

We offer a trade discount to qualified architects, interior designers, and retailers — please see our Trade & Commissions page or contact us to apply. Trade and commission orders are placed on 50/50 terms — 50% to begin production, with the balance due before dispatch. The initial payment is non-refundable once production has begun. Lead times start on receipt of the initial payment and finalisation of order details.

Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout or, for some destinations, quoted on request. Please allow up to five working days for a shipping quote where required. Delivery times vary by destination and product. While we aim to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot be held responsible for delays arising from customs clearance, payment authorisation, or courier handling.

Import Duties & Taxes
Deliveries outside the UK may incur customs duty, import tax, and local handling charges on arrival. These are payable by the customer, vary by country, and are not included in the price or shipping shown at checkout. Goods cannot be returned or refunded on the basis of these charges.

Damage

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. Report any damage or defect with photographs within 48 hours of receipt, and keep all original packaging. On receipt we will evaluate the piece for repair, replacement, or refund. Damage reported after 48 hours may not be eligible. To report damage, contact us at studio@nobleturnerdesign.com.

Product Descriptions & Variation
We take all reasonable care to ensure descriptions, dimensions, and prices are accurate at the time of listing. Because each piece is sculpted from a unique seed and hand-finished, minor variations in form, texture, and finish are inherent to the work and are not considered defects. Measurements quoted are approximate. Screen and device settings mean colours may display differently; please contact us if you have any questions about a piece before ordering.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, designs, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Noble-Turner Design unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

Use of the Site
The Site is provided to showcase the work, services, and products of Noble-Turner Design. You may use it for personal and informational purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, disrupt its functionality, or access restricted areas without authorisation.
